Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your MyChatbot.Pk account data, connected business data, and WhatsApp platform data processed by our service.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email dspak.officials@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include your business name, registered email, WhatsApp Business number, and Meta Business ID if available.
3. We will verify ownership before deleting account data.

What We Delete

We delete account profile data, connected WhatsApp account references, locally stored contacts, message logs, chatbot flows, campaign records, access tokens, and related platform records where deletion is technically and legally permitted.

Timeframe

Verified deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. Some records may be retained where required for billing, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or backup recovery windows.
