Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the use of MyChatbot.Pk, a WhatsApp automation and Cloud API platform for businesses.

Service

MyChatbot.Pk provides tools for WhatsApp Cloud API onboarding, messaging, team inbox, contacts, templates, campaigns, chatbot workflows, and reports.

Monthly Fee

Our standard platform fee starts at Rs. 2,500 per month. Meta WhatsApp Business Platform messaging charges, template fees, taxes, hosting, custom work, and third-party charges may be billed separately.

Business Responsibilities

Customers must follow WhatsApp Business Platform policies, obtain required customer consent, avoid spam, use approved templates where required, and keep login credentials secure.

Availability

We work to keep the platform reliable, but service may be affected by maintenance, hosting providers, Meta platform changes, internet issues, or third-party outages.

Acceptable Use

The platform must not be used for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, misleading messages, prohibited products, or messaging that violates Meta or WhatsApp policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, security risk, legal requirement, or violation of these terms.
